SCREEN PRINTING
Whether your new to the t-shirt design and screen printing process or a pro, we are happy to assist with answering any questions you may have.
The basics to determine print cost for your job are based on the following points and the print method used.
- artwork
- number of print colours
- print location/s and size
- The garment style to be printed
- quantity required
ARTWORK FILE FORMATS
The artwork set-up cost varies according to the quality of the image provided to us. If your logo/text is available in a high resolution vector format such as a pdf, psd, or ai, this will help greatly. Otherwise jpg or png will work to begin with. We charge $50 per hour for artwork and design if required.
RGB is the recommend colour space for these file types. It is advised that you supply your art at 100% print size.
Line art – 300 dpi or greater.
Do not flatten layers, as it is often helpful to have these open for completing the design process for print.
Please rasterize all fonts.
PRINT COLOURS
Please note that colours on computer monitors or hard copies are not always accurate to match too.
PAYMENT TERMS
As almost all our products are made to order, a 50% deposit must be paid before manufacture commences. The balance is due upon completion of order, usually 7 working days.
