Answers To Our Most Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat Is Screen Printing?
Screen printing uses pressure from a squeegee to apply inked images to t-shirts by forcing ink into fibers where it is absorbed into the fabric. This creates unique visual results on printed products with very durable graphics that won’t wash away, and will last for years.
Do You Require A Deposit?
As almost all our products are made to order, a 50% deposit must be paid before manufacture commences. The balance is due upon completion of order, usually 7 working days.

When Can I Expect Delivery?
Once you have confirmed your order, sent us your artwork and completed your deposit payment, please allow 7 working days for printing and 2-3 working days for NZ nationwide delivery. If you are supplying the garments then they will need to be in our hands before starting. We will call and email you confirmation once your order is ready/dispatched.

What Is Your Returns Policy?
We will work hard to ensure that all our products are printed on high-quality materials & shipped on time and accurately. We only work with suppliers who have strong fair labour and social responsibility policies.
We accept returns and will issue a full refund within 30 days of dispatch if you are disappointed with your order for any of the following reasons: The product itself is flawed; The quality of the printing is poor; or if the final product is materially different than the design you approved.
Garments supplied by you are not covered by our returns policy unless prior agreement. We require a minimum GSM weight and quality for screen-printing to be effective.
